The terms that apply when you use Optimal FLASH.
Agreement
By using Optimal FLASH you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the app is
Optimal FLASH is an information and study tool. It shows market data and calculations based on it: flashes found in hourly candles, charts and indicators, mixes calculated from past daily closes, and tracks that follow saved weights.
The app does not place orders, hold funds or connect to exchange or brokerage accounts. Tracks are calculations and do not represent any holding or claim to an asset.
Market data
Prices and related market data are provided by CoinGecko through its API. That data is the property of CoinGecko and its licensors. You may view it within the app for your own use, and you agree not to copy, scrape, resell or redistribute it.
Your use of market data in the app is subject to terms no less protective of CoinGecko than CoinGecko's own API terms. Flashes, profiles, mixes and track values are calculated in the app from that data.
Market data can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and can differ from the price on any single exchange.
No advice
Nothing in the app is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Mix names such as “min variance” or “return per risk” describe calculations on past data, not forecasts. Decisions you make outside the app are your own responsibility.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer it, or use it to overload the services it relies on.
Disclaimers
The app and its data are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We and CoinGecko are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its data, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are solely responsible for how you use the information the app shows.
Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. The effective date above shows when they last changed; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
